I’ve watched too many movies not to appreciate a good bit. A scene, a stream, somebody going all in on a good story. When it works, you stay. I’m interested in what makes you stay, and in getting the person responsible paid.
I find deals and make the calls myself. I’ll tell you when an offer’s worth taking.
